serena rieke: Serena loves doing everything from sassy short haircuts to precision bobs; perfectly placed highlights to radical chunks of punky color. She believes that everyone should walk out of the salon feeling like a rock star, with hair they are going to adore each day. She loves working with each individual's hair, personal style and desires. She is committed to perfection. Her clients always inspired her to do something a little new and creative. Serena grew with two artist parents always creating new color and texture combinations. Her interest in art sky rocketed as a teenager along with her love of experimenting with hair. Her indulgence of hair turned professional when she attended Blue Monkey Cosmetology school. Graduating in early 2006 she worked with the Blue Monkey team for an exciting two years. She's spent the past three years refining her work while self empoyled, and traveling in hopes to enrich her life and work. She is currently taking new clients at Pin Up Hair Studio in Santa Fe NM, owned by the beautiful and talented Star Vigil.
